We will make sure your system is performing efficiently so that you are wasting less energy, and keeping your utility costs at a minimum.
During our visit, we will also identify any issues that may need to be adjusted in order to prevent expensive repairs.
Services covered
- Replace filters using MERV 8 pleated, unless otherwise noted.
- Clear out condensate drain line on roof if clogged during scheduled maintenance visit.
- Visually inspect for refrigerant leaks.
- Inspect electrical disconnect for proper operation.
- Check supply and return air temperatures.
- Inspect safety controls on unit(s), if applicable.
- Check electrical connections as needed.
- Check thermostat operation.
- Lubricate all motors and non-sealed moving parts, as needed.
- Inspect and adjust indoor blower components, as needed.
- Inspect and adjust belts as needed.
- Check AMP draw on motors.
- Inspect condenser coil.
- Inspect evaporator coil.
- Check condenser fan operation.
- Inspect economizer controls, if applicable.
- Check refrigerant operating pressures, as needed.
- Check compressor operation.
- Check reversing valve operation, if applicable.
